How It Works

Every custom order follows the same simple path — whether it's one engraved tumbler or 500 embroidered caps for your unit, team, or business.

1. Tell us what you need

Pick a product from the catalog, or request a bulk quote if you're ordering for a group. Send us your artwork — a logo, insignia, name, date, or an idea. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest results, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. Not sure what you want yet? That's fine; tell us the occasion and we'll suggest options.

2. Get your quote

For bulk and fully custom work, we send pricing based on the item, quantity, and decoration. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Approve your free digital mockup

Before anything goes into production, you get a digital mockup showing exactly how your design will look on the product. Check spelling, names, dates, and placement — we produce exactly what you approve, and nothing starts until you do.

4. We make it in-house

Laser engraving, embroidery, DTF printing, keepsake sewing, and handcrafted awards — all decorated in our own shop, by the same people you've been talking to. We confirm your production timeline with your quote or mockup.

5. It ships to your door

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS and UPS, and you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way. See our Shipping Policy for details.
