Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from High Tide Custom Designs LLC ("High Tide," "we," "us") through this website or by direct quote. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Custom orders and approvals

Custom, personalized, and bulk orders are produced from the digital mockup you approve. You're responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, sizes, quantities, and artwork before approval. We aren't responsible for errors that appear in an approved mockup, and items produced to an approved mockup can't be returned except as described in our Return Policy.

Artwork and intellectual property

By submitting a logo, design, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to use it, including any unit insignia, team logos, school marks, or brand marks it contains. You're responsible for any licensing those marks require. We may decline artwork we can't legally reproduce. We don't claim ownership of your artwork; you grant us permission to reproduce it only to fulfill your order, and to photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Quotes for custom and bulk orders are valid for 30 days. Custom and bulk orders are paid in full before production begins unless we've agreed to other terms in writing. We may correct pricing errors on the site before an order ships; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up your order, though we'll help with any carrier claim.

Product appearance

Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and garment-dyed and handcrafted items have natural variation. Minor differences from a mockup in color, placement, or thread tone are normal and aren't defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed event dates caused by carrier delays.

Site content

Product photos, descriptions, and designs created by High Tide are our property and may not be reused without permission. Brand names on blank goods belong to their respective manufacturers.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state in which High Tide Custom Designs LLC is organized. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted when you order is the one that applies.
